Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of [Website address — NOT YET SET] and any order you place with us. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
• Give accurate details, particularly your delivery address and phone number — a courier cannot deliver to an address that does not exist, and we cannot refund a parcel that was correctly delivered to the address you gave.
• Keep your password to yourself. Orders placed from your signed-in account are treated as yours.

3. Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay; nothing is added at checkout except shipping, which is shown before you pay.
• Shipping is ₹49, and free on orders of ₹999 or more.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
• If a price is displayed that is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you why.

4. When a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed by the payment gateway and your order moves to Confirmed. Until then no contract exists and either of us may walk away. From that moment a Collection piece is dispatched from stock within 1–2 business days, and a Studio piece, which is made to order, usually goes into production within one working day — see cancellation and refunds for what can be cancelled and when.

5. Your artwork

This is the part that matters most, because you are sending us something to reproduce.

• You keep ownership of anything you upload or create in the Design Studio. We do not acquire your design.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce, print and ship your design for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order — including sharing it with the printer who makes it. That licence ends when your order is complete, apart from keeping a copy so you can reorder.
• You confirm you have the right to use it. By uploading, you warrant that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, design right, or right of publicity.
• You indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied. If a brand owner comes after us for printing their logo at your request, that is your responsibility.
• We will not use your design to promote ourselves, to sell to anyone else, or in any portfolio, without asking you first.

What we will not print

We may refuse any order, refund it in full, and tell you why, if the artwork:

• infringes someone else's intellectual property — including brand logos, sports crests, film and music artwork, and characters — unless you can show you are licensed;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or incites violence or hatred against any group;
• is obscene, or sexualises a minor;
• impersonates a real person or organisation in a way likely to deceive;
• would breach a court order or Indian law in any other way.

This judgement is ours to make, we will not charge you for an order we refuse, and refusing one order does not entitle us to keep your money for it.

6. Collection pieces and custom-made goods

Collection pieces are ready-made and held in stock. You may return one, or exchange it for another size, within 7 days of delivery on the conditions in the refund policy.

Studio pieces are printed for your order and cannot be resold. That limits change-of-mind returns on them — but it does not limit your rights if an item is defective, not as described, or delivered late — for any piece. The refund policy sets all of this out in full.

7. Colour, fit and finish

• Screens differ. The colour you see may vary slightly from the printed garment; we match as closely as the process allows, but an exact match is not something anyone can promise.
• Print placement on a Studio piece is accurate to roughly ±5 mm, which is the tolerance of the machinery.
• Garments are made to the size chart on the product page. Please measure before ordering — a size that matches the chart is not a defect.
• The preview in the Design Studio is a close simulation, not a photograph of your finished garment.

10. Availability

We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you have paid for and not received, you get a refund.

11. Our liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example, profits lost because an order for an event arrived late. If you are ordering to a deadline, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajasthan have jurisdiction — but this does not remove your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the consumer commission with jurisdiction over your own address.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be notified by email.
