How to raise a complaint
- Email [Email address — NOT YET SET], or write to the postal address above.
- Include your order number, what went wrong, and what outcome you want (replacement, refund, correction of your data, or something else).
- Attach photographs if the complaint is about the product. For a printing or fabric problem this usually removes the need for any further exchange.
What counts as a grievance
- A product that is defective, not as described, or not what you designed.
- A delivery that is late, incomplete, or has not arrived.
- A refund that has not reached you within the timelines in our refund policy.
- A request about your personal data — access, correction, or withdrawal of consent — that has not been actioned. See our privacy policy.
- Any conduct by us that you believe breaches the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the E-Commerce Rules made under it.
If you are not satisfied with our response
Our process does not replace your statutory rights. You may approach:
- The National Consumer Helpline — call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- The consumer commission (District, State or National) with jurisdiction over your address, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We will cooperate fully with either, and we will not treat approaching them as a reason to close your complaint with us.
